"Called American Best at 7am on a Sunday morning - they are on call 24/7 - and by 9am, Saeed was here, diagnosed the problem as being broken springs, but said there was no need for a totally new door. We appreciated his honesty and his efficiency. It was fixed within an hour. Saeed also believed that the opener was about 19 years old - we've only been in this house for 7 years - and that it would be advisable to install a new one. His colleague, Eric, came 2 days later with the new opener, and installed that along with key pad and new bullet drive. Unfortunately, he did not take away all the old machinery, but that wasn't part of the agreement. It would just have been very convenient for us! Both men were very pleasant and worked efficiently and well. Not having needed garage door assistance before, this seemed rather expensive to us, but on the other hand, we did no comparison shopping. Perhaps the price was totally reasonable. We had a sudden great need, and American Best came to the rescue immediately. The price paid included a senior citizen discount."

"Ben showed up on time, slowly and accurately explained to the me the problems he saw on my garage door (not sales-like or pushy) and then did a efficient and professional job of fixing the issue. My repair involved the installation of new springs, cables, pulleys and wheels and Ben even repaired one of the garage door brackets that was bent/out of alignment and applied lubricate to my garage door opener (which it apparently needed) to finish the job. The result is the garage door is SILENT and no longer pulls/shakes/bucks when closing. It's like new again. Plus, a one year warranty on his work! Ben is a true professional. Excellent quality of work and very efficient. I would hire him again."

"I would highly recommend Hunter Garage Door Services. As I was opening up my garage door to go to work, I heard a noise and noticed that the spring on the door was no longer attached to the pulleys. I did call several door repair companies and was not happy with them. These companies either put you on hold and/or you spoke to a computer or they would not give you any information without you giving them your full name and phone number or would not give you a price until they would come out even though I told them the issue. None of the above happened when I called Hunter Garage Door. Hunter Garage Door answered right away, did not put me on hold and scheduled my appointment that day working with me to accommodate my work hours. Eric, the repair person, had called ahead of time to give me the precise time he was going to be at my house. Eric was knowledgeable, explained everything and gave great customer service.
