"Joe was professional and let me know what he was going to do. After he left the problem area has been fine..no leaking, no worries. His price seemed reasonable and it was nothing compared to Horizon (stay away from them!). I have had different plumbers "fix" this issue and they keep leaving me with a problem not solved. I felt fine when he left, fine now, and i haven't thought twice about the price. I am not worried about anymore dripping! Finally! I would use him again and I would recommend him."

"Service Pro - Tom came and performed work in a professional manner. Tom had good quality work ethics. He can come and service my heater and air conditioner in the future. Thank- you Tom for a job well done."

"Quick response with quote and availability. Replaced my water heater quickly and when a defect came about, Glenn was out here just as fast to repair it. Would definitely recommend them."

"Took about an hour from the time he arrived till he left, but I think the price was a bit high to replace one outdoor faucet $451 +."

"The men arrived on time. The original assessment was that the interior wall would have to be cut open and wainscoting removed then replaced in order to access the pipes. However they first tried to remove the faucet from the outside wall and were able to do so. The faucet was replaced at minimal cost and in a short period of time. They were very polite and left no mess. I have used Eddie B for several years and will continue to use them in the future. Thanks Eddie B."

"We moved to new house recently and found that water heater has stopped working We called many plumbers to check the issue but everyone asked to replace it Andrew Stewart took a pragmatic approach to first try to clean the plate underneath and purged the gas, checked the gas pressure. He waited patiently to check if everything going fine for another 45 minutes Thank you for your service, keep up the good work."
