"We just had Bill and his crew install 20 windows and a 9 foot sliding door. I am so impressed by the quality of the Okna Windows-door and the Outstanding Installation by Weather-All Windows. My experience was such a pleasure from the initial meeting at our home, Bill was friendly, honest a Man of Integrity with a great product and price. No high pressure sales, just a good old fashioned business transaction. The windows are made in Bristol PA, laser measured and fit like a glove. The team of installers are local men with years with the company and a great work ethic. They arrived 20 minutes early and went to work right on time. They truly work as a team and they were outstanding at their craft. Everything was completed in one day including an immaculate clean up. The quality of product and installation exceeded my expectations. If you need new or replacement windows/doors, in my opinion-Forget the overpriced Big name high pressure sale and GO with The BEST!! "Tiver called the day before to remind me of the time they would arrive. They arrived promptly and began work immediately. They definitely knew what to do. They wore shoe covers in the house and took out all the screens for washing outside. One person worked inside. Two others were outside. All window coverings were realigned when they were done. Screens were all replaced as they were. They cleaned all the window sills. So happy to have clean sparkling windows and patio door. There were approximately 25 double hung windows and screens plus one sliding glass patio door. Money well spent. Will be using them again in the spring for power washing the house and gutter cleaning."

"Ron, the company president, came out to give me an estimate. He was very upfront and thorough, and I felt comfortable with what he told me. He seemed a little taken aback when I asked for a written contract, but wrote one up on the spot anyway. They called to follow up a week later, and I placed my order, along with the required $500 deposit. On installation day, the installers showed up on time. However, they didn't seem to speak much English, and I had to inform them they were looking at the wrong windows. With that cleared up, they set to work - without much of a break - for about 6 hours, installing the new glass blocks. I was impressed by their work ethic, but when they had questions the language barrier seemed pretty steep. The previous owner had run some wires through the old window sills, wires we had since disconnected. The installers, unfortunately, didn't ask before running them through the mortar. I noticed before the mortar dried, and was able to take the wires out and re-pack the mortar. Overall, they did a nice job, and the windows seem very securely installed."

"From beginning to end, a wonderful experience. My house is part of condominium development. This created a difficult situation-other companies I contacted would not come to my home or provide an estimate until I had obtained approval from the condo board for the replacements: the board, on the other hand, would not provide an approval without an estimate and specific information on the products to be used. Matus was the only company who didn't hesitate to come to my home, measure and provide a detailed written estimate on the products and their work. They simply asked me to let them know if and when I received approval and decided to move ahead with the work. I did so, the products were ordered and installation scheduled when they arrived from the factory. From Joe Buck, the salesman who came to measures windows early on a Saturday morning before he went to work, to the amazing installers, working over the course of two of the coldest days in a bitter winter, (*and^ who helped me piece together a failing HVAC pipe that collapsed while they happened to be there!) EVERYone was friendly, knowledgable, professional. The products themselves are beautiful, sturdy and easy to use (and clean). "Work was done quickly and efficiently. Quality of the effort and the windows was very good (they were not premium windows) and looked and functioned as well as any window I've used. The install quality was very good and I being somewhat picky, was very surprised and satisfied with the work. After work was done and inspection, there was no need for a call back.
