"Mike and Crystal were very professional from the first phone contact through the completion of the work. They showed up on time, their work was neat and they worked very efficiently. My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. "Per Behr, the paint manufacturer's printed directions, and my phone conversation with Behr's technical assistance dept, I directed CertaPro Painters to back brush the paint on the bare, pressure treated, kiln-dried surface. My directions were ignored after several follow -up e-mails to revise their contract as presented to me. Before the contract was presented to me and before an estimate was presented, I personally instructed CertaPro to "back brush" the paint AFTER applying the paint with a spray OR roller. However, after the paint was first applied with a spray gun, CertaPro began to use a roller. I firmly objected and instructed them to "back brush" per Behr's instructions. The field rep for Behr was on the job and told the painter to roll it on against my objections. The paint job was completed with spray and roller, NOT according to Behr's recommended application. I understand that CertaPro saved time doing it their, but it was not to the standard that I expected nor paid for. Bottom line is I believe I received an inferior paint job."

"John did an excellent job painting my master bathroom and interior trim, painted the exterior surfaces of my home and pressure washed my siding . He came exactly when he said he would and the job was completed on time. I trusted him enough to leave him working in my home while I made a quick trip to Georgia. When he was finished he cleaned up and locked my home. I will use him for all my future painting or pressure washing needs."

"The Moore brothers were great. They satisfied my Home Owners' Association with a detailed proposal within an hour of inspecting the job. They itemized and described the work, which included cleaning off the mold, replacing insulation, repairing joists, encapsulating the crawlspace, and creating a French Drain on the exterior of my unit to redirect the rain. They also set up my dehumidifier in the space with a wireless meter I can read from inside . Their price was in line and they did everything they promised in good order, good humor, and respect. "John did an excellent job. He took pictures of each room before he painted. He then removed curtain rods pictures and moved all the furniture as needed to paint. Once he was done he used all the pictures he had taken to put everything back exactly if not better than he found it. I didnt have to remove anything or put anything back. I was very impressed and the painting job was exceptional. John also picked up all the paint once I gave him the paint colors. We are definitely using him again. We are very pleased and happy to have found him. You wont be disappointed
