David Duran responded the same day and identified a leak between the meter and the house. David and Dalton replaced the service line to the house within 48 hours and solved our problem. Palm Springs gave me excellent and timely service, kept me updated as to what they were doing, the timeframe to complete the job and offered a reasonable price for the work to be done. "They did some install work for me at a very reasonable price, with very good quality. I had them out later for an unrelated leak, and again it was completed in a very timely manner at a reasonable price. The technician Brian had to crawl around in my very tight 1965 crawl space and was super friendly and competent both times. I will definitely use them again if I have any plumbing issues. I highly, highly recommend them."
