"The work done was high-quality and finished quickly. When I initially spoke with Tom to make the appointment he was willing and able to come out that weekend, but due to my own scheduling conflicts we made the appointment for the following Saturday. He called the night before to confirm when he'd arrive and he showed up exactly when he said he would. I was impressed with the speed with which he and his partner finished the job and the quality of the new surface. It looks great! He also answered my questions very honestly and left me with an info sheet on how to take care of the new surface. I would highly recommend Tom's services. "We originally did a report on this company when the work was performed. We rated this company all A's. About 6 months after the install, we noticed that a tile was cracked but we did not do anything about it. A year after the install, we called Tip Top Tile back to the house because we notice there were about 10 tiles cracked. He came to the house and very quickly indicated that it was not an installation problem that it was a problem with our tiles. He indicated that they were poor quality. He also stated that there was nothing more he could do. Bob never informed us when he was installing the tiles that they were of poor quality. Actually, he said they were average quality. If he would have indicated that they were poor quality, I would have purchased new tiles. Bob also never made us sign anything indicating that the tiles were poor quality and that he was not responsible if there was a problem down the road. Here we are three and a half years later and approximately 30 - 40 percent of our tiles are cracked.There are jagged edges and we have cut ourselves while cleaning the floor. It is very dangerous and the floor has to be replaced. We contacted other installers and each installer indicated Bob did a poor job because he did not put thin set down before he put the cement board down. Bob cut corners and we are now paying for it. The floor is still shifting due to the heating and cooling and the tiles are cracking. Average price to have my floor ripped up and a new floor installed is approximately 8,000 to 10,000. We contacted an attorney and discussed the case with him. The attorney agreed that corners were cut and that it was the fault of the installer. The only problem is that we only had two years to seek legal action and we were to late. If you use Tip Top Tile, please beware. We will not use him again."

"Danny, the owner, and his good friend and co-worker Dominic did a fabulous job on our complete remodel of our kitchen. They always arrived on time and were really pleasant to have in my house every day. The quality of both the workmanship and the supplies/materials that they used is superb. Danny is not one to cut corners. Just the opposite, he spends extra time and care to make sure that everything is just right but he doesn't charge an arm and a leg to do it the right way. Not only was his price lower than the bids from other larger contractors with fancy show rooms, but I am certain that the care and time he took surpassed what we would have gotten from random groups of workers. Danny designed our new layout and gave us plenty of options for materials to choose from. He made sure we had roll-out shelves for our pantry, a pull-out garbage cabinet, pull-out spice rack, and pull-out sheet pan cabinet. He then built custom cabinet bases so that we could extend our cabinet line across the baseboard heating. He also created our half-wall with a beautiful hand-made hickory post and top to match our cabinets. Danny is also an excellent plumber and even fixed a pipe that broke (unrelated to our kitchen) while he was there for us, just because his knew how and he is a good person. Besides assisting Danny with remodel, Dominic is also a master electrician and ran all of our new electric work, making sure it was done properly and to code. Absolute Kitchens and Baths has won our loyalty and we have already contracted them for a second project and will continue to give them our business as future projects need doing."

"My wife and I are licensed architects and very particular and demanding of our contractors. Bob explained the technology of his products and took the time to listen and understand the job. He was flexible and able to use the particular shingle we wanted which wasn't his preferred brand. We also replaced a flat roofed porch and, on the week of the job, we asked that he install a roll roofing material that closely matched the roof shingles' color. He quickly located that particular material which was not at his usual supplier. Most contractors would not have catered to their clients as he did. His workers showed up when they said and were neat and courteous. The flat roof took much longer than expected due to the difficulty of removing the railing, but they didn't charge more. The roofs look great and we are glad to have chosen Northeast Ohio Renovations."
