"We started with another company back in July 2025. That company was horrible!! We tried to work with them and they still couldn’t get it right after three crews.this went on for about 6 months. My wife and I decided that we had enough of them and we ended up hiring American Weather Tech .To make a long story short. Mynor and his crew performed a miracle, they are highly skilled!!! Our house looks amazing. American Weather Tech, I found to be very ethical and took pride in their work. They were very efficient in every way. Worth every penny! The difference between these two companies is night and day!!! The first picture is from HGE. The second picture is from American Weather Tech. They knocked it out of the park. We probably have one of the nicest houses on our street. The main reason I went with them was of Tim W. He was so kind helping my wife through this nightmare, even before we signed with them. "DO NOT DOE BUSINESS with Ohio Basement Authority!!!! I spent over 30,000 dollars on this repair and have gotten nothing but the run around about fixing their inability to do the job right the first time, They did a horrible job with back filling my foundation I hired them in 11/2025 after the first rain it settled so badly I called them out and they put some mulch down to back fill who does that Ohio basement does that! The settling keeps getting worse I have never had a problem with water in my basement and now All the water from rain and snow sheds right to my foundation. They didn't connect the down spout damage a porch rail and basically took their money and ran. 4 Times I have called about this they were to come 1/23/2026 and DID NOT SHOW UP!! I did not even warrant a phone call so DISRESPECTFUL to me and my home. Just stay away from Ohio Basement Authority unless you want to give your money away!"

"From start to finish I was given fantastic customer service and installation was done in a timely, professional manner. I had 7 windows replaced, 2 were difficult and not in an ideal location. Out of all the quotes I received Nate Meyer took the time to understand the unique dormer situation on my home, and got onto a ladder to check things out. No one else had done that. He knew exactly what the job entailed so there were no surprises. His price was very competitive. On top of all this, Nate was very timely with all communications and he responded to questions within 24 hours. I had a concern with one of the windows after installation and Nate was at my house within a couple days to make sure all was good. I would highly recommend!"
