"Gil was a very laid back and a  non hard sell type of guy when we met in June. I got 3 quotes and jmj was right in the middle but offered the mulch service where the other two did not. So I got the most bang for my buck. To put it simply... he arrived at 10 am this morning. His crew showed up at 11 am. They did the entire project in 6 hours.... That includes clean up. They identified two areas of trouble; my patio slab connected to the back of my basement and two vertical cracks 10 feet high.  They poured concrete and replaced the slab including a bell drain for drainage which came out very nice. Even built a stair that leads to the sliding glass patio.  They repaired the vertical crack by digging down to the bottom of my wall (excavated) and they used this waterproof gel, then filled the space back with dirt. It looks very nice. The waterproofing and concrete work came with a warranty which gave me comfort. They also sprayed the basement with a mold remediation product and did an OZONE treatment to purify the air.
