"Two men arrived, introduced themselves, I explained what was to be done as they walked around the house with me, taking pictures. They then told me what they would do, began working and were done in 1 hour and 15 minutes, then told me to feel the carpet, which was very damp, but said that in a couple of hours it would be dry enough to put furniture back. I waited 4 1/2 hours and the carpet was dry. I was VERY satisfied with their professionalism, the work that they did and their courtesy."

"This is an old house built late 1800 early 1900. We had Bill come out and do our attic a couple of weeks ago, he did such a good job we had him come out again on 5/23 to do our basement that cost was 3150.00 and an eave off the attic was done on 5/29 that cost was 1800.00. They had to remove lots of boxes and junk also insulation in the eves in an area that should not have insulation, turns out it was wet so possible condensation or roof leak. They were on time, did the job efficiently and cleaned up the entire area after they were finished with the mold removal. The place looks great and smells so much better.

"I had hired the company to clean two light colored carpets and one set of steps.  As it turned out, one of the carpets was actually a wool rug, and Shawn explained that the hot wet-cleaning process he uses could potentially damage the wool rug.  He does wool rugs at his plant from April to October using a different process.
It was hugely helpful to me that Shawn explained the construction of my "berber" carpet and that once the fibers are tamped down, they remain tamped down. Despite the constructure of the carpet, Shawn did a great job in the cleaning.
After cleaning the carpet, instead of the third area, Shawn cleaned a large navy blue sofa.  Cleaning such a sofa costs $99 alone, but he did not charge anything extra.  He did a great job on the sofa even cleaning the four throw pillows sitting on the sofa.
I have lived in multiple homes over the years and have had my carpets and furniture cleaned frequently.  No one has been so thorough in explaining the process before or taking the time to clean so completely.  I really appreciated the time Shawn spent to clarify the material of the rug and realistic expectations of cleaning.
