They had to temporarily remove a chain link fence to get the equipment in to remove the concrete. Did the whole job over two days and then replaced the fence and seeded areas of the grass that needed it. The crew and the foreman Joe, worked efficiently and were professional in manner. I would not hesitate to call Roy again if I needed concrete work."

"From start to finish, Antonio and his team were a pleasure to work with. Antonio was one of the few contractors I reached out to after Ida flooded our ground floor, as he had done great work on my parents-in-law's. Antonio took the time to understand the issues (where and how water piled up in front and back of house), talked through what he believed were the best options and they just made sense (compared to others I had talked to). This included 2 (instead of 1 we had) pumps in the back well, dug a well deeper and added a pump, raised the front of my driveway to help prevent street water from entering. Since even the slightest rains were leading to minor flooding, he was able to get me on schedule fast, his team were great and very helpful in helping me understand the work being done, and cleaned up after themselves. After he was done, on the next rainfall, I breathed a sigh of relief :)"

"The person making the sale was very convincing that this company puts in a top-of-the-line French drain and your home afterwards looks the same. The crew arrived early. They put up the plastic, jack-hammered the concrete floor in the basement and placed in the drain pipes. The sump pump motors were missing. We had to wait about a week for the 2 pumps. Meanwhile the dust from the job settled everywhere. When the pumps were installed, no clean-up at all took place. In order to get their "discount" I had to pay in cash {I had to take out my savings and give the bank a couple of days notice.} The person who had made the sale said there was a "miscommunication" in the put-back order. No, no. I distinctly remember stating that they were to put in the dry wall and we had to do the painting. The contract also stated that the basement was to be broom swept!. Not done. I had 4 quotes and I would have gone with the $3-5,000 less if I knew I would have all this clean up as well as a rug to replace. The other companies were honest about the lack of clean-up. After a few phone calls they returned to put in the dry wall - no sweeping. It has not rained enough to determine if it works. I paid extra so most of the basement could be returned to its original look. We are not happy.

"The water issue was in a small unfinished corner of the basement after a very heavy rain and only once since we moved in without mold issues- but I decided to get French drains and mold treatment done anyways for the entire basement. Bob gave me a good estimate and then tried matching the lowest estimate I had gotten (his was the second lowest but I decided to go with him). The installation work went smoothly (planning to get the basement refinished soon from one of his contractors who was there for the job so he knows where everything goes back) . Bob Steck was very responsive, funny and thorough. Their team was very professional. Did the work just as promised - no issues with dust and dirt during and after the job). They started and finished on time ( took 2-days). The concrete is almost completely dry and have had one heavy rain so far- we are Very impressed by their work. Highly recommended."
