"We are extremely happy with the work done by Thomas Custom Builders (TCB). Overall they did an amazing and outstanding job! They had a contractor on site, on time every day. Brian S. was professional, helpful, patient, hard working and skilled both in managing subcontractors and doing work himself. I trusted him with our home and would work with Brian/TCB again easily. I have already recommended their company to others. TCB renovated a few parts of our house, added electricity to a shed and added an entire master bedroom suite on an additional floor (adding approximately 550 sqft to our house). They finished earlier than expected. Our neighbors couldn't believe how fast the addition was completed and how well done. Any additional costs from the original budget estimate were due to our choice to add more work. I waited to write a review. I wanted to live in the addition for a little while to see how everything holds up. We have had only minor things arise and have been very pleased with the responsiveness of Brian and TCB to come back out and check on things. They came back to add a bracket to a new countertop that moved slightly, they shaved a door that was sticking as the weather changed, they fixed the damage done when carpets were installed by another company, they arranged for a rep from the hot water heater company to come out and fix a noise issue, all done at no additional cost to us. I have worked with contractors before but nothing on this level. It wasn't perfect, there were concerns that came up. I had to learn that this was major construction and with major construction comes mess. Brian and his team addressed our concerns and remedied any issue fairly. With so many negative stories I've heard from people who worked with other companies, I am so very thankful that we had such a good experience and ended up with such an amazing master suite and changes to our home. We love it and we receive many compliments. We chose to work with TCB because they came highly recommended by a neighbor who had similar work done and were very satisfied with their outcome."

"ICM Remodeling was the winning bidder when I recently upgraded my 2 bedroom condo.  The work included removing a portion of a wall to create a kitchen breakfast bar area, gutting and completely replacing the kitchen and bath, repainting the entire condo and installing new carpet throughout.  ICM's bid was extremely competitive and included mostly labor.  As for material, Israel worked very closely with me in selecting and purchasing new tile for kitchen and bath, new cabinets and vanity, lighting, toilet and tub.

The installation went quite smoothly, with cabinets, new kitchen appliances and other materials arriving on schedule.  In many cases, ICM picked up the material from the supplier.  Several times, ICM also helped with the delivery of items from independent retailers.  ICM also worked with the granite supplier in the installation of the new kitchen countertops.

ICM made sure to cover the furniture, tables, television and electronic equipment during the project, in order to protect them from dust.  They were diligent about cleaning up and making the condo livable after work each day.  At every step, Israel was very good at explaining what to expect, the progress of the job, and how everything would look.  We was always available to discuss my concerns, and was responsive to all my questions and requests.  He showed up when he said he would, and his staff was competent and helpful.

When the bulk of the project was complete, Israel and his team went through and addressed each one of the touch up items to my satisfaction.  In fact, ICM went beyond my expectations in making sure I was pleased with all aspects of their work.

I highly recommend ICM Remodeling.

"Completed an upgrade to our 40-year-old kitchen w VKB Kitchen & Bath. Calvin worked closely w us on the design to get small cabinet and counter space in our townhouse. Al was our PM for the demolition and build-out phases. Al had the challenge as PM to coordinate demolition, new flooring on 1st level, electrical changes, cabinet installs and new fixtures that we purchased. They installed new disposal and ceiling fixture at no charge. No change orders on project. No gaps on work sequence. Finished in half of the contracted days. Great company, designer and PM."

"Requested an estimate on two building projects. The estimator arrived promptly at the time specified, took good notes and provided me a written estimate the next day.  I did not have any work performed at that time."

"Total Renovating is an excellent team. We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of work, attitude and competitive price for the work. Mr. Blake is an excellent contractor and will do whatever is necessary to finish the work to your satisfaction. I have another bathroom that I plan to remodel soon and I will definitely use his company."

"Tony and his crews have completed two major projects (family room addition and kitchen remodel). We plan to have them complete a master bathroom remodel. They are professional, clean, kind, and honest. I trust them to be alone in my home. They answer any and all questions that I have about the work and future maintenance for the work that was done. Highly recommend. Thank you Manex Remodeling"

"Five years ago Rick and his team had completed a full rehab of our deck and we love it. Recently, a material defect occurred and Rick stood by his work when the manufacturer would not. At his expense, he got new material and provided the same great carpenters, (Skip, Gary, and Heracio) as last time and made things right. I highly recommend their work and am happy to share their name with everyone who enjoys our deck. Check out the photos.Thank you again."

"D&G was great! They kept me informed at every stage, listened to my concerns, and ensured everything was done to perfection. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and the seamless coordination. Highly recommended!"

"I found Navid’s Construction to be first rate in not only only their work and craftsmanship but also their customer service commitment to take care of all the little things that make the difference. I highly recommend them to anybody in need of their services. while the work was interior work, they spent a lot of time prepping outside on one of the coldest days of the years without complaint and stayed until the job was done. Very satisfied customer!"

"Most pleased. Would definitely hire again. Needed carpenter to build a footbridge using repurposed wood, install insect screen under raised screen-in porch, install oak handrails, fix the threshold to our front door, and add shoe molding in basement. JW (owner) was pleasant, professional, and thorough when he came out to give an estimate. He listened to what we wanted done and suggested ways to make it work. Scheduling was a breeze. A team of two came out to complete our projects. Of course temperatures were in the 90s, but they worked nonstop. Pedro (crew chief) built our footbridge based only on description. The results were amazing. It's sturdy, attractive, and durable. Kudos for great work. Other projects were completed within the timeframe with Kevin working on the screen and railings with assistance from Pedro. The crew was timely, professional, courteous. They cleaned up at the end of each day. All work was completed within 4 days. There was only a minor issue with the oak hand rails (needed additional sanding) -- which was remedied quickly after review of the project manager, Bob. JW was a tad more expensive that other bids, but in the end, well worth the price. Glad we went with them."
