"Having made several Home Advisor requests for "siding repair" (over the past two months with no call backs) I called HA customer service who was exceptional. I was connected to Jun Seong of Laurens Dad remodeling company. Jun called me immediately, gave a brief review of his work and what jobs he was already engaged in. He managed to work me in the following week. He rewrapped the siding on my bay window with IMPECCABLE PRECISION, took old siding off and wrapped exposed barrier, sealing and reattaching all along the lower third of the house siding. Installed flashing over the exposed brick (house poorly built), ensuring that water had a proper channel to escape. I cannot say enough about Mr. Seong’s professionalism, business ethics and a passion for quality of work. He did not rush, cut corners and was communicative throughout the process. “Laurens Dad Remodeling” is who you want to call for siding needs. As for the other “Home Advisor siding vendors” that ignored those two months of requests; this is poor business, people use Home Advisor as a trusted source but if vendors are being choosey on who to help or only select bigger jobs, I would say goodbye to Home Advisor/Angies List and seek more vendors like Mr. Jun Seong of Laurens Dad Remodeling. "Excellent workmanship. They came in and repaired a disaster created by the original contractor that put the laminate flooring in. They had to take up more than half of the entire floor. Their pricing for the job was very reasonable. They came, looked at what had to be done and provided a quote. The first day they reported on time and completed more than half of the project, however, day two they were two hours late and was not responding to phone calls to confirm their arrival time. Day three they were two hours late, but eventually called and gave an arrival time. Overall, because of the excellent workmanship and cleanup, I would recommend this company to others."
