They were prompt, they were prepared for COVID, they also put drop cloths down so that they wouldn't dirty the carpet! They took extra care not to mess up the yard by putting down plywood too. "the installation was done perfectly. The crew (Tony and Brian) arrived on time and wore shoe covers before entering, then they laid dropcloths down to protect my basement steps and hallway. The oil burner was disconnected first and carried out to their truck with precision. the old oil burner was a monster of a machine and the new weil maclain gas model paled in comparison, but works outstanding. the only blemish that i saw was when they sprung a leak in one of the cold water supply lines and had to utilize the main shutoff valve. otherwise, Between the sales associate(Paul Bistline), the main office, and the install team, this company does everything right from start to finish. i highly recommend them to everyone that's looking for a reputable company with lots of experience and a knowledgeable staff. I called this company on New Year's Day evening, based on Angie's List reviews.  I couldn't be happier with the timeliness of their response and the quality of work that was performed.
I found my main water valve was leaking on 1/1/13 and called American Drain Cleaning and Plumbing.  Dan came out on time, at 1:00pm on 1/2/13.  He fixed the leaking water valve, and then fixed a leaking toilet valve and replaced the workings of the toilet.  Dan explained that I should have my main valve replaced, as it's very old, and he supplied an estimate for that work, which I am currently in the process of scheduling.

Dan is very professional and willing to answer questions.  I would highly recommend this company!
