"We had Rochester Renovation do many projects in our home, one after the other. The list includes the master bathroom, common area bathroom, basement shower, a finished laundry area, finishing a room in the basement, a drop ceiling in the laundry and finished room area, replacing paneling and slate flooring in a split level stairwell with drywall and tile flooring and replacing recessed flourescent lighting, in a workout room, with recessed lights and repairing the drywall ceiling where the flourescent lights used to be. An exterior door, in the workout room, was enlarged and a window was added where ther hadn't been one before. A window was also added to the basement bathroom where there hadn't been one before. One window in the master bathroom and two windows in the finished basement room were enlarged. Headers had to be installed for all but the finished basement windows. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is impressive and we were very pleased with the work."

When the job was completed Ray asked that my wife and I go around the house and look at it carefully and if we find anything that needs a touch up to give him a call. "Jill provided two different floor plans for us, and was very flexible, as far as working the option of piano into the room.  She responded to several follow-up questions I had, and provided suggestions for where to locate resources.  Jill was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. However, I found the process of working with a "virtual designer" to be a bit challenging for me.  That was definitely no fault of Jill's, thought.  I would use her again, particularly if I needed help with planning a room layout.

"Paul and his team were prompt and courteous every day of the job.  Paul, and his head painter Josh and the rest of the crew were very attentive to all the details of de-glossing, sanding, proper priming and painting which are the big challenges in painting wood cabinets and wood paneling.  They did not stop until the quality of the finishes met my expectations and their own standards for excellence.  I appreciated the extra effort they took to make sure the job was well done.  There was a great deal of dust and other debris but the team worked hard to keep the disruption and mess to a minimum and cleaned well before they left.  The results are spectacular and both rooms have been completely transformed."
