Very professional, very neat, very good painters. I know I know, you are probably saying what did they paint in a cabin. Well some of the interior walls are drywall including the kitchen, bathrooms, hallways, bedroom interior walls, etc. I was very happy with their services. "Having never bought a new roof, I didn't know what to expect.  Casey Cooke of Cooke and Son Roofing Co. made the process easy, straight-forward, and stress-free.  Casey made sure to schedule his visit to do the estimate when I was home; the two other companies who provided me estimates came when I wasn't home.  With that being said, Casey was able to explain his plan, the materials to be used, and my options.  He even scheduled time to discuss the estimate with me in person, which also included information about the materials and samples.  When the work started, his crew was efficient, polite, thoughtful, and hard-working; Casey was there on-and-off throughout the day; Casey quoted a two-day job, but he and his crew finished in one day (8 a.m. to 6 p.m.).  In the end the roof is beautiful and is definitely better than the original:  better flashing around the chimney, better venting, and better workmanship.  I highly recommend Cooke and Son Roofing Co. and would hire Casey again."

Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty.
