"I called them for a basic service the day after Snomagedon2015 fully expecting not to get anyone out for at least a few days. Someone was at my door within 3hrs! "Eddie was mostly great but one grade off because he told me I needed a new toilet not for it to be unplugged; turns out after installing a new toilet this weekend it still actually needs to be unplugged. But the sink he unplugged works great. I just wish my toilet did too."
