"We had a very disappointing experience with Randazzo Heating & Cooling. A technician came out and claimed a part in our AC unit was broken, quoting us over $700 for the replacement. After the part was installed, the AC still didn’t work. He then said the issue was due to low R22 refrigerant, but also told us that they no longer carry R22 because it's outdated. His solution? Replace the entire unit — at a cost of over $7,000. We end up find someone else to fix the AC. Unfortunately, the $700+ we already paid Randazzo was completely wasted. This experience felt like upselling and misdiagnosis, and we would not recommend this company to anyone looking for honest or competent service."

Instead, he had somebody drop off 2 beat up nasty spray paint cans for us as a customer to fix ourselves.. Don’t think so after your company got paid to do a job and failed. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY."

"had them come out on xmas eve the 12/24/22 a service call charge for emergency was 200 which we agreed to plus the other work he did was ruffly i 60 bucks give or take so the problem wasnt fixed called back on 12/27/22 the lady said she ask the tech what he would recommend going forward hear back 12/28/22 in the morning said they wont come out to fix it said call manufacturer even though he said when he came out there was a few things he could try if this didnt fix it but they said they didnt wanna come and they were done best of luck not our problem see ya just wondering how you can just take someones money not fix the problem then basically tell the customer to go away and get away with it"

"Awful experience. Discussed with them prior to the contract what we wanted done. They brought a vague contract pricing out all the work, which we assumed was everything we had asked for. This was after it took them about a month to even get started. We secured financing for the work, but when the work started, a number of things we had discussed weren't what they were doing at all. We had discussed a jacuzzi style tub with jets and wiring going into the wall with that, and that is not the tub that we got. They offered to replace it, but of course, that was going to cost more. We asked to have a plumbing leak inspected and fixed in another bathroom, that we were then told we understood would be covered in the contract and financing that we had secured. Once work began, suddenly that was going to cost us more. What should have been a 2 week project at most that we called in June to have fixed, I'm writing on October 4th, and after waiting for 2 days being told the painter will "be there today" and holding my daily plans for that, finally he showed on the 3rd day. Now I'm left with an unfinished wall in the room they were projected to work on, and a gaping hole in my bathroom wall upstairs because as a disabled veteran on a fixed income that had secured financing for everything, I can't suddenly handle the surprise charges like putting the wall back together where they cut it out, despite a detailed discussion prior to the start of work that they would build an access panel into that wall. If you have work you need to get done, you're better off holding your pipes together and hoping the hard water we get locally leaves behind enough residue to eventually patch the leak itself than hiring these guys. Would not do business with again."
