"I would highly recommend Aluminum Company of NC. Several years ago, we had a large window replaced over the front door entry way. This year we noticed the window was smokey, called them up and sent a photo, window replaced no questions! They stand behind their lifetime warranty! After such great customer service, we just had all 19 windows replaced in our house. I would rate their customer service and installation team a 10! Showed up on time every day, cleaned away debris, and provided instructions on cleaning and care. Aluminum Company of NC thank you for great service. We love your new windows! R. Mangum"

"The second time they couldn't identify the leakage on the roof because they seemed uncooperative.They seemed not to want to work during the weekend.The following day they came with an over price. They did not have the equipments the second time. They also turned out o be rude and  unprofessional. They didn't take the time to identify the cause of the leakage from the ceiling. I had to get another contractor."

"I had a bathroom floor that had a peal in the vinyl which led to water damage to the subfloor.  It was obviously not installed correctly by the builder.  James Locklear and Jerimiah and Floors to Go did a fantastic job on the repair.
