"I had an amazing experience with Overstate , we worked on a big drywall project after I had to remove my old popcorn ceilling . We ended up redoing a lot of drywall and insulation . I?m very happy with the end result and the price was very reasonable out of 3 quotes"

"My experience was mediocre at best with this company. They were very good with starting the work. Towards the end of completion, they had one day that was a no show. I had to call to find out they couldn't come that day. I preferred to get a call from them rather having to follow up myself. The windows they installs were done incorrectly. Water stated to leak into the house and ruined the brand new sheetrock I installed. I would recommend this company for small jobs. They may try to cut corners if you dont keep an eye on them."

"When confronted with a crisis because of a copper plumbing burglary, Mr. Grady, of Grady's Painting, Plastering and Construction, willingly traveled many miles to come to my aid. Requesting only a $1.00 deposit against a $4,500.00 job, he masterfully reconstructed my nineteenth century lath and plaster hallway wall, also thoroughly compensating for a missing portion of a central stud unwittingly removed by a plumber! After his extensive search for appropriate composition and dimension of material, he replaced and replicated a section of my forty-year-old faux onyx tub surround with common white PVC sheet, tinted oil-based colors, glaze, paint brush, and a rag. His applied natural talents and superlative skills saved me thousands of dollars! On the basis of both professional conversation and knowledgeable observation, Mr. Grady possesses the intrinsic knowledge of old-world trades, the artistic capabilities, the problem=solving thought processes, and the personal work ethic to accomplish a broud scope of reconstruction and restoration."

"Ricardo was great. He was very flexible on timing and patient with us even though a few floor components didn't arrive on time. The floors and floorboards look great and the paint on the floorboards was applied carefully and looks good too. His team cleaned up after themselves. He was easy to get in touch with either by text or phone and very responsive. Would definitely use again for a job and happily recommend to others!"

"We were not pleased with the work of this company.  While the price is right, there were so many things that went wrong on the job that I'm not sure if I can remember all of them.
First of all, when I hire a painter, my assumption is that they will work on my job only until the project is complete.  This was not the case.  The painters left the job for days on end, being called to other locations.  The work was sloppy in numerous places - we had to keep calling them back to correct things.  I also had bedroom furniture damaged when the workers moved my end tables to another room - they didn't take the care necessary to protect them.  Walls under light covers/cable covers were not painted - they were left the original color of the rooms.  My bedroom wall has cracked in one place already - as they didn't do the repair needed in that area evidently to prevent that from happening.  Paint has chipped in other areas - something which should not happen so soon after completion.
At exterior painting they also didn't take care to protect elements of the home properly.  I had paint spatter covering newly installed railings at my front walkway, stains applied incorrectly on wood lattice which they installed (numerous empty areas - should have used a spray gun for that or painted it before installation), totally ruined my exterior balcony door with using too thick a layer of paint on it.  There were paint brush hairs all over the door as well, paint on screens (why they weren't removed or covered is beyond me), spattered paint on a custom mailbox, and the same on our house number plaque.
There is more, but I'll just leave it at it was an extremely sloppy job which took literally WEEKS to complete and I was told it would take less than 1 week.
While there were some circumstances that made the job take longer (some weather related and some of his workers having personal problems), the amount of errors exceeded what would be considered excusable.
The only good thing I can say is that from far away, the house looks ok and, the owner Phil (others mention a different name, not sure why) tried to be as pleasant as possible throughout this.

"I am selling my home in Westchester NY and during the inspection process, it was discovered that there was mold in my attic. Obviously it needed to be removed at my expense. I initially called another company, one of those national franchise type remediation companies and I absolutely flipped out at their estimate and the scope of work they were proposing. A week in my house, we couldn't' sleep in our bedrooms etc. Thankfully my realtor remembered that she had worked with Frank, who is one of the owners of Eco Green Solutions, on another job. WELL the experience was amazing from beginning to end. Frank came the next day to assess the situation and provided a thorough and complete estimate by the next morning. He explained the mold remediation licensing process and all the other factors that are important in choosing a provider of this service. I called him on his cell phone with more questions, and he was patient and responsive. The office staff there was great in terms of scheduling and planning for the service date. And finally, once it came time to do the work, the 2 men who came to my house were courteous, professional and spotless. There is LITERALLLY no reason to call in any company besides Eco Green Solutions if you find yourself in need of mold removal."

"Everything was done on time and as described. The quality of the work was excellent and every effort was made to control construction dust and mess as possible. The workers and subcontractors that John Kawczak utilized were very professional and easy to have in my home. Where my schedule needed accomodating because of travel or house guests, John was very agreeable. Besides ensuring very high quality work, John is easy to work with and excellent with design ideas as well. He is determined to see you very satisfied and It was because of my high satisfaction with the complete renovation of my master bathroom that I commissioned John to do a 2nd round of work on my Kitchen and Hall bathroom."

"

Frank and his team did an excellent job. Our basement was a mess, They resolved our water issues and cleaned up the space in way we hadn't thought of.  We would not hesitate to recommend Waterproofing, Etc...

"We contracted the AllPro team to remodel the bath which was the mid 70's beautiful pink motif, with small pink and white 1 inch square floor title. The bath has withstood three kids, hot steam baths and all. So it was definitely time to remodel. The AllPro team is made up of Peter, the owner, Frank & Bob. They function very well as a team. They are very prompt in the morning. They are very concerned about cleanliness, the morning begins with spreading tarps over the route they will travel. All cutting, wood or title, is performed outside. At days end the work space is cleaned and all tarps are folded and put away til the next day. Of course there are plenty of cardboard boxes to hold all the new components. The boys broke down the boxes and consolidated them for easy disposal. It's always important to satisfy the lady of the house. Frank and Bob worked for some time with the lady of the house to work out the tile patterns for the floor and the for the shower walls. They both put forward great suggestions. They will go to great lengths to insure that the customer gets what they want. They are very concerned about producing quality workmanship. As an example all corners are coped in rather than mitered which is an easier faster method. The job is now complete both myself and my wife are very pleased with the finished job, I would certainly recommend AllPro as a contractor."

"It was a difficult project requiring the removal of current siding, then significant patching, sanding and carpentry to prepare the original clapboard for paint. The crew was very hard working and super creative when it came to solving problems. They showed up on time every day and finished the project according to schedule. The price was very reasonable and no surprise charges. We are very pleased with AAA and would highly recommend them."
