"I had already diagnosed the problem with my Kenmore Elite Clothes Dryer as being an issue with the motor. I was hoping that something was jammed up preventing the dryer from working correctly. I did not want to get into doing it myself in case there were any issues with the pulley, etc. Charlie came on a Thursday afternoon and determined that it was in fact a problem with the motor and was able to order the part and came to the house on Sunday morning and install the new motor.
