"Tom, showed up, diagnosed the problem with my dryer as a belt broken. He was spot on. He had all the parts on the van. Replaced them. Professional, clean, efficient, excellent service. I highly recommend them. No gimmicks. Just work done, done right, done efficiently. Done right the first time. My dryer is old, just saved me lots of $$! Thanks, Tom K. You really went out of your way for me."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Great customer service. Repair done right away. Great communication. Charlie was great and arrived on time. Dryer working. Thank you Charlie!"

"Elly was very professional.  I was able to reach him on the phone the first time I tried.  He called to confirm the appointment and was always accessible throughout the process.  It took longer than the agreed upon time frame of two hours; Elly was very gracious and stayed with the project until it was complete.
There is no longer a need for Elly's service which is why "no" is checked to the question above.

"Have used them many times over the last few years, usually for my computers and printers which I either drop or flakes out on me. Nice guys, friendly and show me what and what not to do. Also fixed a vacuum cleaner for me and a vintage record player."

"I bought a special for $49 service call. Juan came the next day and repaired the leak in minutes. He explained that the $49 was only for the service call but since the fix took only minutes and required no additional parts he didn't charge me more. He's an honest hard working repairman who tries to do his best. I've used him before and will continue to use him."

"I had a leak under my sink with water pouring out. Also a leaky washer and warm but not hot water in two showers. I called Mark and he was incredibly responsive, set up a time at my convenience. He is a very young guy, but incredibly knowledgeable. You gotta love that Scottish brogue!! My kitchen sink is a great example of what to expect from him, it was simply a hose that needed tightening. He showed me the problem, including how to fix it myself in the future and fixed it in about 2 minutes. With the washer, he told me it was an issue for the manufacturer, which I appreciated. He was able to quickly turn my warm shower into a hot one. I appreciate his honesty and expertise, he was great. He is the one I will call if I need a plumber again."

"The repair of my clothes washer is not complete, needed to order parts."
