"Juan was very thorough throughout my entire project. I had originally called him to check out a leak my downstairs neighbor was complaining about, which turned out to not be entirely my fault, and it was uncovered thanks to Juan.. My neighbor was trying to force me to pay $1500 for damages which were also coming from other parts of the building.. That being said, Juan came and took the time to inspect all of our bathrooms and was able to determine that this leak could have come from anywhere, saving me a ton of money.. (Turns out my neighbor just needed cash and needed someone to blame.. ) Nonetheless, after this incident, I trusted Statewide to come over and take a look at my 29 year old heat pump, which was installed way before I moved in and was even born.. I called Juan, we set up a date and completion time for the installation of a new one and I am truly satisfied. He is always available, unlike other plumbers I tried to reach out to previously, which gives me the peace of mind and feeling that everything was done with integrity.
