"My first experience was excellent. One guy. He took his time, did a very good job, was neat and pointed out slight stains on the furniture that could not be removed (sofas were older and had been in storage for months). Second experience was completely different. Two guys. In a rush. They missed stains, were rough with the cleaning, left water on the wood floor and clearly were in a rush to get somewhere else. The rugs and furniture they were asked to clean were all less than 2 years old."

"I contacted Stanley Steemer to clean a area rug in my basement. The technician came and inspected the rug. He suggested that it be removed cleaned at their facilities. There was an incremental cost increase but the technician and I worked through that. I was told the rug would be ready in a week. Called Stanley Steemer after a week and asked them where the rug was and they said it usually takes two weeks. Didn't hear anything from them after two weeks. Finally received a call at the end of third week saying carpet was ready. Delivery was fine. I would have given them lower scores but I don't want to be a total jerk about it.  My major issue with the company was the responsiveness. They need to communicate with the customer. Also the receipt I received clearly states that payment is due after the work is completed. I was charged immediately that day which gave me little recourse in the situation. <br />"

"Purchased regrout deal on Angies list, Glenn called me half hour after purchase, set up appointment for week after. Came to house 9:00 in morning worked through till work was done. I had a few shower wall tiles that were lose and I felt water was probably leaking through, that is why I decided to regrout. I showed Glenn the tiles that were lose, he found about a dozen more that were lose, he removed all the lose tile and cleaned behind them and put them back in place. Glenn regrouted the whole shower and I was amazed, the shower looked brand new. I was going to spend a fortune and redo the bathroom, but I sure am glad I just decided to regrout.
