"1 Intact Plumbing & Heating found a second issue and was not able to repair the second problem, stating the part was no longer in production that I should call the manufacture for assisted, Manufacture told myself part is still in production, under warranty and will be to me it was shipped me at no cost. 1 Intact Plumbing & Heating then return after I received the new hose replaced that part in the sink confirm that all the work including, the original job was unclog my sink. I am happy now they came back and fix the issue."

"It went very well. Before my service guy Eric showed up, the company sent me his photo, advised they were following safe Covid practices and gave me an ETA for his arrival. Eric was very professional and he assessed that I needed a new thermocouple. Eric installed the thermocouple and had the furnace running again promptly. He also advised me that Arctic Air had a plumbing division when I was asking about replacing the hot water heater. He took the time to call the office about the cost of replacing my hot water heater and gave me a quote good for 6 months. Eric was very knowledgeable, welcomed my questions and he really impressed me. I had been looking for a trustworthy service and I feel I have found that in Arctic Air. I highly recommend the service."

"Complete install of new house heating and hot water system. Kept me up to date on project. Work was done very well. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a plumber. I had met with Erik to get an estimate and before I hired him for the job, my neighbor's hot water heater needed to be replaced, I suggested Erik. He was there the next morning to replace the water heater. After seeing that, I hired him to do my complete heating system overhaul. I was not disappointed. I will not hesitate to call Erik for my next plumbing need."
