I would highly recommend Joyce Factory Direct to everyone! They also had a book with the different style walls that go in the shower and around the tub with lots to choose from. I went with the white marble look that has grey accents to it. Very beautiful! They also use a certain material behind the walls that is waterproof & moldproof! I can’t even believe they got the perfect sized tub for the master bathroom! It’s even deeper than the original that was there! No more leaks either! Everything from start to finish was so professionally executed! Everything is wonderfully beautiful now! Highly recommend!!!"

"Had to listen to sales pitch with both my husband and I present. Gave me quote of $12000 for replacing existing tub/shower with walk-in shower. I signed contract but used 3 day cancel clause to back out. Then someone else came to talk with us and gave us quote of $8000 for basically the same shower with a minor detail change. They were prompt and finished within one day. We had a minor issue with the mixer valve on faucet not being set correctly. They came out within a day or so and fixed it. Overall, we were pleased. I just think they should have a set price. I felt like we were taken advantage of by the initial salesman."
