I now have a third company putting in foundation piers. This third company has shown me voids where Crossroads failed to poly lift the foundation. Thus, they did not fulfill the work contract. I am considering legal action against Crossroads."

Over the first several months that we lived in the home, we found that the previous owners had intentionally attempted to cover up many water issues in the basement and crawlspace. "Well, the work was not complete. The customer service was just terrible. I made phone calls for almost 30 days to get a hold of somebody, and only after I sent an email that somebody respond. They sent somebody out who had to come back twice. Then they sent me a bill to finish a job that they had told me would be done in the first place. I paid them $18, 000 and my basement is still taking on water. Their system also created a flood in the back of my yard that I need them to look into and tell me what is this about. The work was absolutely terrible. they did not solve any of my problems. They just took my money and hid from me until this day. They still will not call me back. I am very dissapointed and, I feel like I have been robbed. They tried to get me to leave a review before was even started. I am happy I did not do that. I hope that this issue is resolved at some point. "
