"Progressive Builders renovated our bathroom and kitchen. I came up with the design of how I wanted them to look and they’re also suggested the materials they use to build. The workingmen did the work well; job went pretty smoothly. Process went according to plan, the timing went according to plan and pricing was accurate. I’m pretty happy with the results of my bathroom and kitchen, so beautiful. I would definitely recommend them because they really did a great job."

"My husband and I moved into my mom’s house to care for her pets after she passed away in May. While my mom kept the house up, she hadn’t ever remodeled. The house was built in 1980 and definitely needed a facelift, especially the bathrooms. I knew I was in over my head, so began checking reviews online and found Progressive. I called and immediately spoke with Adina. We set up an estimate appointment and I was grateful she was able to come by that same week. I showed Adina and her brother David (the contractor) everything we wanted done. We had quite a list and they went through each item painstakingly to make sure the quote was accurate. My husband and I were thrilled at the reasonable price they gave us. That said, our funds were few. ;) Our biggest concerns were the bathrooms and David and Adina brought the price for three bathroom remodels into our price range. We were thrilled and grateful. I was afraid we would have to wait weeks before the project started, but they were able to fit us in the following week. The main workman at our home was Saul and he was phenomenal. He was prompt each day, worked quietly and cleanly. As a woman, you always need to “be careful,“ but I was more than comfortable being there alone with him. Saul was always respectful, kind, and patient with me…as were Adina and David. There was nothing Saul couldn’t do from demo all the way to installing the new towel rods and toilet paper holders. The age of the house didn’t help, but each “problem“ we encountered was fixed easily and within our budget. David, Adina, and Saul even “remodeled“ the doggie door free of charge. It was old, water had gotten in and ruined the area around it. They cleaned it up, installed a new door, (they even weatherproofed it!) installed new baseboards and painted. And we LOVE our new bathrooms; they are GORGEOUS!!! We are hoping our finances loosen up soon because we can’t wait to get the kitchen done next! The team at Progressive truly is fantastic. I loved working with them and was so grateful for the “price consciousness.” I truly cannot recommend this company and it’s team more highly. You will be thrilled with their service in every way."

"We hired Sam and his professional team to remodel our master bathroom, guest bathroom, remove some lighting and to install recessed lights in the kitchen. We are very pleased with the work they did! All the bathrooms are gorgeous and the recessed lights are perfect. Sam and the crew worked at the house every day until the remodeling was completed. They worked very professionally and efficient. Definitely perfect craftsmanship. Sam was also easy person to work and talk with, very comit man to all of our requests. We’ve absolutely found our contractor!"

"The job was done in a day. There was more wood that needed to be replaced than anticipated, so the job was more than estimated, but they made it clear in advance that this might be the case. It took a long time for the job to be scheduled. They did a pretty good job of cleaning up the old roofing. I am happy to have my new roof. The quality of the work was great! All went very smoothly. No complaints. I highly recommend Ocean Seven Roofing and Will certainly use them again."

"I signed up with these guys about two months ago, we started out with a free estimate and then I signed up with them to have my drawings done and they handled all the city stuff. The work has started as of this month (October) and so far I am happy with the job, Lesly and Deena have been coming at least twice a week to check on the job, and she gives me updates on what's going on since I am new with all the construction language. The guys are very hard working (considering the fact that they work all day in the sun). They are respectful of my house and always ask me question as well. My foundation has been done and my framing is up as well. I'm happy with progression so far and I can't wait to see end results. Thanks to Jason and everyone that's working hard I appreciate it and again can't wait to see end results with the finishes.

"I have a 2 bed/1bath townhouse.  The bathroom is small which is why I wanted professional input on how to make it a better space, perhaps ideas on storage/built-ins etc.  I thought that we would discuss (in general) cabinets/tile/paint etc and that he would be able to show me a 3-D picture of what my bathroom would look like once remodeled.  Maybe I got that idea from the title on the voucher or I watch too much HGTV.
He showed up on time and was professional.  I don't remember his name.  But he said that my bathroom was 'too small' to create a 3-D picture.  I found that a little ironic since the quote given to me was $10,000 for a remodel of my small bathroom. Especially considering that I wanted to keep my floors and I already had a marble countertop left over from the kitchen remodel.  
Beyond that, he did not have any additional design ideas on how to make the space more usable.  He did show me pictures of tile work from other jobs, which was nice, but I was expecting more.  
So be warned, if you have a 'small bathroom' they will NOT be able to provide a 3-D rendering of your bathroom.  Basically I paid $49 for a quote.

We made our choice and agreed on the price and the bathroom remodel was completed on the weekend. The son of Marc did all the work and he was fantastic, answered all the questions we had and his professionalism unbelievable and I would recommend this individual without question"

"Everything was more than I could ask for. The fence was perfectly straight, even and looks great. It was painted with 4 coats of paint, the posts are in concrete, and it is immovable ( I have a 100lb dog that likes to get out). The door frame looks amazing, as do the new doors. They were stained to match the existing wood in the house and match perfectly. They were always on time and finished ahead of schedule. Would definitely hire them again."
