"Freezer was given to us by my mother who bought it new in 1993. When we plugged it in it wouldn’t get cold. I Was expecting a large delivery of beef so time was critical. Paul was very responsive and arranged in short notice to have an experienced technician, Jesus, come do the repair, even located replacement parts which based on age was a challenge. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend."

"We have an older home and we needed a lot of work done.Todd has come out at least 4 or 5 times the past few weeks to help with plumbing during our remodeling The experience has been wonderful. I am very happy with his service and we will be having him come out again soon to help us with installing new doors and frames. He is very reasonably priced too, he was a $1000 dollars lower than even the lowest bid from other contractors in our area."

"The service was excellent, however I was disappointed to find out that they did not use a camera roto rooter. We found that the sewer clean out had been broken and it was believed that the sewer pipe had filled with debris. After being quoted $800 - $2000 to come back and fix our problem, we decided to excavate the area ourselves and discovered the problem was ice. A camera would have seen this. We wound up using a local provider who was much cheaper.
The staff were excellent! From the office staff to the technicians who visited. They are prompt and if you need quick service, they meet expectations.

"Tony was very responsive and very respectful. He communicated his findings and reviewed what he was going to do and when he discovered that the pipe was actually disintegrated- he replaced the entire pipe line. He did the job and cleaned up after himself. I was so appreciative to have my sink leak fixed and he was thorough- making sure leaks were not found and no additional damage incurred to my home I will definitely use his services again!"

"The inspection went great! Anthony arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule, and got to work right away. His explanations of each step were easy to understand and thorough. Larry did a great job with the sewer scope. Will definitely recommend Axium to any colleagues who are looking for this service!"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"I recently hired a trench digging service for my backyard, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The crew arrived on time, equipped with all the necessary tools, and displayed a high level of professionalism throughout the process. The trench itself was dug with precision and attention to detail. It was exactly the dimensions we discussed, which was crucial for the drainage system we were installing. What particularly impressed me was how they managed to minimize the disruption to my existing landscaping. They took extra care to ensure the surrounding areas were left intact, which I really appreciated. As for pricing, I found their rates to be very reasonable considering the quality of work provided. After reviewing other quotes from different services, I can confidently say that I got great value for my money. There were no hidden fees or surprises."

FAQs for sewer main install, replace or repair projects in Coal-creek, CO

When installing a sewer line, you should consider extra costs like tree removal, driveway repairs, or patio resurfacing. Hiring a professional plumber is essential, and you may need additional specialists if landscaping or heavy excavation is involved. Addressing these potential extras up front helps ensure accurate budgeting and prevents sudden cost overruns.

To calculate the length of sewer piping you need, measure the distance from your house to the main sewer line, adding the depth of the city main to this distance. Be sure to account for any obstacles like tree roots or utility lines that may require additional piping.

City sewer lines are installed at a lower elevation to prevent unwanted backflow and water damage. This lower positioning ensures enhanced performance and long-term safety, meeting all technical and safety standards.

With trenchless methods, a plumber inserts a smaller pipe within the existing plumbing, avoiding full excavation. It can be more cost-effective and less disruptive than traditional methods, but it's not suitable for all homes.

Yes, you must secure permission from your local water authority before connecting to a public sewer line. This approval ensures your connection meets all regulatory requirements.

Sewer lines are buried between 18 inches and 8 feet deep, with most systems placed between 18 and 30 inches. In colder regions, pipes are set deeper to remain below the frost line.
