I am a first time home buyer and just closed two weeks ago and knew that a garage door motor needed to be replaced. I explained to him what was happening, and he knew exactly what needed to be done. The service representative came out in the allotted time frame and performed the work at a great pace. The hauled away all of the old stuff so I didn't have to trash it. He showed me how to use all of the remotes and keypads that came with the motor. I picked their higher end motor for $450 and it came with 2 remotes and a keypad for outside. I am a techie and he explained to me all of the cool things you can do to set it up for wifi and such to connect to my phone.
