He spoke with me off and on over the course of the fall and winter about potential options. We ended up breaking out a small patch of concrete ourselves due to cost instead of having the water company add another meter. However, Stephens Irrigation put a control box near our driveway in the yard so we could re-pour the patch of our driveway and they wouldn't need access in the future. After install, the other owner went through all the options on the control panel so we could operate the system. <br />"

Approximately one month later after completing all necessary submissions with city the work began and with only once exception (severing the telephone anc cable service lines) the project was completed in two days as specified. After the service lines were repair they come back to address the dammaged grass areas. <br /> <br /> One additional learning for would be irrigation system installations pre-determine and agree to the location of the in-ground valve boxes. <br /> <br />"
