"Great company! Even though they are located on the East Coast, they have excellent control over their local professionals. EXAMPLE: I requested a cleaning of my siding (along with my windows) and paid a deposit. On arrival, the professionals realized that their product was incompatible with my cedar siding. They credited this to my account and the other orders I placed. I’ve been using them for years and have no reservations about recommending them to others."

"Excellent responsiveness. Having found termite hills in our basement for the first time we were extremely eager to get exterminators over to inspect and then treat. They were able to visit the same day and schedule treatment for early the next week - compared to the other exterminator we spoke with which would have been a week to visit and then 2 more weeks to treat. I do not like to think of an additional 3 weeks of termites destroying my house. The guys were very professional, showed up on time, explained the problem and the treatment and took care of it for a reasonable price. The service came with a warranty so if the bugs show back up Im assured that Modern will be back to try again.

"Mr. Merritt first came out to inspect my property for ants and termites the same day that I called him. He returned several days later to do the work. He arranged a time so that I could be at home when he was at my house. He arrived promptly and completed the work efficiently. I would definitely use him again should I have a future problem with either insects or wildlife.

"Tony is great, courteous, punctual and honest. We discussed my interior ant issue so he applied some granular ant control at the problem areas and said ants will gather, eat and distribute granulars back to nest area. He was totally on point. He then inspected for termites during his applying spray control in my attic, basement and house exterior. Tony explained everything was normal (no termites) and also when is the best time for bee control. We scheduled a month to month service. Tony is the owner and a pleasure doing business with him. m"
