"Everything went extremely well. We wanted to finally install central air to our older home, so we called around and got several estimates. The salesperson Tom Kelly, that came out was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions and explained several options. After the estimates were done, we decided to go with Jimmy Gusky based on the reviews and the presentation Tom had given. The estimates from all the companies were somewhat all around the same price, And we didn’t want to go with the cheapest estimate. Initially we were only looking to have central air added onto the furnace, but on installation day, one of the installers brought to my attention that there were small cracks in the heat exchangers of the 20 yr old furnace. Based on the potential of the furnace leaking carbon monoxide into the house, it was decided to just replace the furnace and get a new HVAC unit. The two men that did the installation were very experienced and knowledgeable. The new system looks and works great. I supplied my own Nest thermostat and they installed that as well. Kudos to the two installers who definitely knew what they were doing and took pride in their work. Overall a very good experience and I would definitely recommend them"

"Mr. Brian Langford made all the arrangements with the installation of our gas hot water heater from Lowe's via McCarthy plumbing. He was extremely helpful,patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."

"Kurt from American Home Services gave us a free estimate on mold remediation -- we have a small water spot that may have mold under it in our pantry from a leaky jug of water. He was extremely professional and helpful. He came to do the estimate within 2 days of my call, and was very honest and up front about the extent of the damage. He did not think we needed to do anything about it unless we really wanted to since it was so minor. He gave us some suggestions for how we could clean the spot ourselves to potentially get rid of any mold that might have been there, but he said that even if there was mold, it was very minimal. This shows his honestly because he could have easily told us that it was worse than it was just to make money off of us. I would definitely recommend American Home Services to anyone who wants honest opinions on a mold situation. Thank you!

"I highly r DryMount and they are now my go-to for home repair. They do great work, are honest, and a pleasure to work with. In the summer of 2020, my garbage disposal was leaking and needed to be replaced. I obtained several estimates and DryMount was by far the best when considering price and the quality of the disposal. Some other companies offered to sell me older models and were more expensive on parts alone than what DryMount charged for a newer and quieter model, which included installation. I could not have been happier with the service. In January 2021, I didn’t have hot water anywhere in the house. I was so happy with my previous experience, I called DryMount to ask if they could check out my water heater. Despite being late in the afternoon, they came the same day and thoroughly checked it out. My water heater is very inconveniently located in a very small closet and, despite having to get on a ladder and contort their bodies into uncomfortable positions, they discovered that my water heater was fine and that I likely just had a power surge. They took care of the problem and only charged me $89, which is the fee for coming out to your house, and did not charge me anything extra. FWIW, the guys have a great sense of humor, and was put at ease before i felt any guilt For having to make the guys get on a ladder and twist themselves into a pretzel . I absolutely trust DryMount and they are my first call for when the inevitable pains of homeownership arise. They are the best, both with regard to quality of service and price. "The valve started spraying water all inside the cabinet last night around 9 pm. Called Magnolia in the morning and was given an appointment from 2-4. Dispatch called me at 3:30 to tell me that the technician was running very late and it would be at least another hour. I was given the choice to wait or to reschedule. I had waited this long so I choose to wait. The tech arrived approximately around 7 p.m. The whole job took 30 minutes, only about 10 of which were actually replacing the valve. So given the time I feel the price was extreme. I've used Magnolia in the past and they have always been expensive, but this seemed a little higher than normal. I had waited this long, though, so I wasn't going to try and get another plumber and miss more work so I let them perform the switch. I would use them again if I had an emergency, since they have always been responsive, but I'll think twice given the prices they are charging."

Barbara is very passionate about her job. She was able to schedule for Saturday. Dave came out. He called to let me know that he was on his way and let me know when he will arrive.
