"Hugo Flores arrived during the time-frame given to us (the early end!), and was very professional and knowledgeable. He found the problem right away, gave us a quote, and proceeded to replace the defective parts. We had a different company work on it in November, so when making the appointment I gave TLC all the information on our hot water heater, and part that was replaced then. "Free consultation and was very upfront about scope of work.  Within two days had emailed me a bid for the work.  Bid was very detailed and professional, spelling out exactly what needed to be done in what order.  Work included a pressure test of gas lines, the move and replacement of the water heater, and the final inspection.  During the initial pressure test, discovered gas meter in a location not up to code, so contacted CNM about moving it.  Installation took longer than anticipated, but stayed late into the evening to make sure heater was installed on time (left house at 7:30 pm).  We above and beyond the call of duty, but would not leave us without gas or hot water.  Very professional and a very pleasant experience.  Highly recommended.

Today Patrick did a great, quick job fixing my fridge and leveling my dishwasher (which wasn't mounted very well by the delivery guys from the store).
