Now Tony and Mike say it's only a 90-day guarantee "for such a small fix" which cost me $700. I'll have to pay weekend prices to have them fix their faulty work. I should have gone with the company my tenants found, the estimate was way lower. But I trusted Marathon and wanted them to do the work since I was out of town. They didn't stand by the warranty that the woman told me about on the phone and they will never have my business again."

"We won't be using them again. We had already decided to use another service this year. Just had another plumber come out for the spring swamp cooler/heater exchange. Oh, and we also had overnight guests at the time and the guys fit us right in. Would hire them again in a minute (hopefully we won't have to for a while!!!)."
