When an unexpected event occurred (my storage unit was too small), they made the adjustment to move the truck and start unloading into a second unit (one I rented on the spot) without reservation or complaint. The owner/estimator who came to my home initially gave me great advice about how to prepare to make the move go as smoothly as possible and came well prepared for what I had. I was called the day before with a courtesy reminder about when they would arrive. It all added up to a great experience and value."

"I hired Andy’s to paint the foyer and stairwell of a two-story home plus an outside garage door. There was miscommunication between the crew and office and me on several occasions. There appeared to be no good plan for completing the work. It ended up taking parts of three days. The work was sloppy and paint ended up on the door, the floors, the carpet, the baseboards and the stairway bannister. I’m going to have to deal with all of that. On more than one occasion, I tried to point out the problems. I was assured they would be corrected, but they were not. I paid for this job in full, but I am far from satisfied and would not recommend hiring them again."
