They did explain that if they just had to change the lightbulb that the charge would be different. I would not try it just find out or suggest anyone do try it. Also tore down spout gutter off house, said nothing about costing $200 for me to repair. Not trust worthy and sloppy careless work not listening to request and acting on their own. "
