"CNC Construction is absolutely the best experience I have had with a contractor working at my house. Nick applied epoxy paint to my garage floor. Previous to Nick I had the floor painted a month ago by a different contractor. Nick was on time the 4 days he worked, The first day he stripped all of the previous paint from my garage floor. The other 3 partial days Nick applied the epoxy base coat and clear coat. The work product was excellent and the price was fair. I recommend CNC construction to anyone."

"Cement skirting was falling apart, and we decided to replace with vinyl skirting. Asdrubal gave us a very competitive quote and 3 other contractors were much higher. After the work was started, he discovered that the framing was rusted and had to be replaced which raised the price a little bit, but not bad. I would give 4.5 stars because of some communication challenges, but he always clarified before proceeding and I am happy with the work that was done. "Having used Keefe Roofing about 2 years ago on the place we just sold, it was a no brainer that we wanted them putting on the new roof. The crews do excellent work. They protect the foliage around the house so it doesn’t get damaged by shingles that might come off the roof. And they clean up daily. They get all the nails with a strong magnet. They even go over the grass with the magnet. It was nice to see the entire crew looking through the rocks for nails & debris on the last day. They really do get extra points for their clean up. It turned out that when the old roof was stripped off, I had a lot of plywood that was rotten (14 sheets at last count) and some of the 2x4s were bad as well. The crew cut them out and replaced them giving me a sound base before beginning the actual reroofing."

"Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."

"Greg is the owner of Affordable Screening and Repair.  Greg Oates and his crew did an outstanding job on our very large pool cage.  Not only did he rescreen the entire area, he also put in all new hardware on our doors and cleaned out the gutters and resealed all the gutter seems.  They put in extra heavy screening on the bottom per our request and another type near our sitting area to shield the area from rain and sun.  The pool area looks band new now!  We are so very pleased with the quality of the work and the pleasant nature of Greg and his crew.  We will be keeping Affordable Screening as our go-to company for our pool cage/screen area.
