Our house is old, and the sewer main was very rusted. After snaking the main repeatedly, First Response sent a camera down to scope out the situation. They then used a pressure wash (again repeatedly) to remove much of the rust and send it downstream to the city sewer. This lengthy process requires sustained effort and application. It really paid off -- there was a visible difference in the pipes. They remained cheerful and responsive throughout. In addition to clearing the sewer main, they installed a bathroom sink faucet and replaced two valves beneath the sink. All in a day's work."
