"I had a few plumbing jobs that Michael completed exceptionally well. First the initial meeting was great I told him the result I wanted and he advised me of how to get the those results, he was very patient and explained things. He gave me a written estimate and cost for everything broken down so I could pick and choose what I wanted done and what I could afford at the time. He fixed a broken pipe and installed an outside faucet, in addition I have had problems with the pipe installation of my irrigation system for the past 15 plus years I have lived at this location. Michael rerouted the pipes so the main water actually exited the home through the foundation and streamlined the entire system so it is lower to the ground, configured to reduce the risk of freezing and I am now able to access it easily. I also had him install a water softener and a mixer on the hot water tank. I really wanted a gas hot water tank and he explained why the cost of ventilating a gas water heater would not be in my best interest. The existing water tank was not installed per code so he redid the piping on the water heater so it is now per code. Over all I am really pleased with all the work and information Michael did at my home, he is very definitely "My Guy" for all plumbing needs."

All of the installation was spectacular. There were some glitches over the course of the project that were not helped by my need to get this done while I was 2200 miles away. "We were very pleased with ER Renovations. We hired him because he was very responsive to questions and provided the most detailed estimate. We asked for and received an estimated schedule so we knew when to expect contractors, who they would be and what they would be doing. Our remodel touched most areas of the house and included a complete gut and rebuild of the kitchen and master bath. The owner, Ethan, took great pride in producing a high quality product. He had the drywall installers come back twice because he wasn't satisfied with the quality of their work in one area. He was very efficient in moving the work along on schedule. "We had Jeff's crew fully remodel one of our basement rooms and add an egress window. They did some minor work on another room in the basement, and they removed an old, rotten deck that we inherited when we bought the house. All the work is excellent. The personal interactions were great; the crew were friendly, punctual, and thorough. They took the one room all the way to the foundation and built up from there; it was a big project with some funky angles from the 1950s. When we have work in the future, we will definitely contact Jeff again. A few things that I found particularly good: first, Jeff gave us a few different bids to help us figure out which things we could afford to do now and which things we could delay. Initially, we were thinking of doing several partial projects, but because he was willing to give us three different bids, we managed to get exactly what we wanted in one room and enough done in the other to make it very comfortable. Second, Mike and Chris were the two guys here the most and they were friendly and kind. The site was kept clean, and we never worried about leaving them alone in the house. They arrived when they said they would, and they communicated clearly. Third, Jeff was always a phone call or text away. He responded quickly and was kind. There was a hiccup in the some of the electrical work that I didn't catch when doing the walk through. Jeff had the electrician on site within hours to fix the issue. I want to be clear: we had already paid him; I had already signed off on the work; and even then he gave me the same personal attention he'd give us while doing the work. The craftsmanship is great. We really love the new room, and we are more than happy to recommend Jeff and his crew to anyone needing projects done. I will recommend him to friends in the future."
