"Very professional company AFS. They came out and leveled a concrete floor that had been poured over foundery sand and was not properly compacted so floor began to settle. They drilled the holes all around the walls and across the floor at specific locations and slowly brought leveled the floor with expanding foam. Concrete piers were positioned in place so the foundation could never move and cause cracks. Very proud of the job they did and it has been a money making rental unit for me. "Jeff (the owner) came by to assess a crack I had seen in my foundation. He told me that it wasn't actually a crack in the foundation but a crack in some superficial cement that was smeared over the actual foundation and is just a cosmetic problem that doesn't need to be dealt with. He gave me some advice and recommendations for some gutter work and didn't charge me a dime.
