"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I called the plumber and was not interested in differing estimates. Randy's was prompt and explained the need to update the drain system to avoid future problems and I agreed. "It took about 5 days for the part to come in from GE and SOS called me as soon as it was ready.  The repair was completed quickly and the dishwasher is back up and running.  Since this was a rental property, I was able to create an account with SOS, and have my credit card billed without having to actually go to the rental property, which was very nice.  Most companies require you to pay on-site.  I will use this company again in the future."
