"Fascia board and gutters had started to fall off the house. Repairs were performed on schedule. There was a small miscommunication but they were out the next day early to fix it. The owner stopped by to inspect the work himself."

"After talking to many companies about a problem we had that we weren't even sure what was going on, I feel fortunate to have found them. Floors Sag or Shake knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it on my description alone. Their work was excellent and quick and they worked within our specifications (for budget reasons we needed to do the finishing work ourselves and they handled the demolition and structural repairs we needed handily).

"They did excellent service work on my home! Not only did they install my flooring but also repaired a piece of subfloor! I highly recommend! The owner is very punctual and professional and all of the needs were met in a timely fashion! Will ABSOLUTELY be hiring again!"

"Everything went very smoothly. Chad and his crew were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. They went beyond the call of duty and even cleaned my gutters at no charge and painted areas that I didn’t expect them to. I’m very pleased with their workmanship."

"Jeff came on time worked hard to complete the job and I will not hesitate to call on him for my next home improvement project"

"It went well. He recommended getting a new control unit at first since mine was not commercial grade at my residence which was going to get expensive and required him to investigate further with things. He found that an area underground where the water runs through was not opening and closing properly had to be replaced. It took some digging and labor on his end but it was able to be fixed properly. There was a bit of guessing that made me a bit uneasy but in the end the problem was found and everything was fixed for my tune up price plus the cost of labor and parts of what was done. This is my first home and I don't have other companies to compare to but I would say they did a decent job.

"Sears Home Improvement Products have washers and fittings to repair washing machines and such. The staff seem real knowledgeable and they were friendly with my son when my son was asking the sort of questions he asks everyone! The pricing is reasonable."

"Generally I was pleased with the work but I was surprised to have 5 small socket sized holes in my wall when completed. I thought this may have been covered . Or at least an option for him to do repair the holes even at an extra charge."
