He is a very knowledgeable and professional person. If/when my 2 garage door openers become too troublesome, I'll call him again and get them replaced."

"I wrote to Joe this morning asking if he could come to re-key my front door and garage entry door and fix my lock on my sliding glass door today since I could not get it to lock, and he came by 12pm. He re-keyed the front door and garage door so I can now use one key. He fixed the glass door, put new screws into the hardware that was not working, and added a wood brace so the slider can not be forced open from the outside. He also helped me with my garage remote access keypad and I was able to get that working. He was very helpful and patient, and the total charge for his time and the work he did was well worth it. I would call him again and I will recommend him to friends if they need a lock smith.

He let me know how I could proceed and I'll probably call them back to install another opener if I can return the one I have.
