"Let me start by saying my wife and I have dealt with 3 plumbers before finding Joe, and he has been nothing short of superb. Weâ ve had sewer line issues since moving into our home 2 years ago. Every couple of months, the sewer line would back up and we would have to clean the mess of water that came up out of the toilet and shower. "While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.

"Called Clog Busters. Chris was out in the field and came to our house within the 1 1/2 hr time frame stated. He assessed the problem. Stated the cost of replacement of sump pump (with the same quality manufacturer) along with the labor cost. After we agreed to the work, he stated that he would be back in 1/2 hr with the replacement pump. And he was! Also replaced part of the discharge pipe. Pump works great! Chris also carted away the old debris! Very professional, clean, prompt and price was very reasonable."
