"Hands down best contractor we have ever worked with and highly recommend. Anthony was honest and determined to repair our horrible plumbing that we have had problems with for years. At 61 years of age I know excellence and integrity and Anthony has both in loads. He is a master plumber and his work ethic far exceeded our expectations. Red Lion provided excellent expert service at a fair price and we are grateful to have e found them."

"We had John do our plumbing job. He was excellent. We had a hose that was attached to the outside of our house, that would not come off. We had several people try to take it off, no use. He was able to take it off without breaking the pipe. If i need a plumber again would definitely ask for him."

"After 35 years as home owners on Long Island, this was our best plumbing experience ever. Nothing was too much trouble for Frank. Our downstairs bathroom is in an annex to the main house, built over a crawl space accessible via our basement ... if you are agile and determined. Frank crawled in there on his back to check there were no leaks from the work he'd done above. (There weren't any.) There were a couple of parts he didn't have in the van: he said he'd come back in a few days to instal them. He did -- no extra call-out charge. Great customer service; great workmanship; great plumbing; THANKS!"

"Anthony was wonderful. Very nice to deal with and talk too loved him. Highly recommend him! And his team of guys were great also. He came back to do our gas fireplace for us also. His pricing is great! And great job done. It was supposed to be two days to do the central air he asked to stay later and was done in one full day. Like I said Anthony's the BEST!!!

"They contacted me very quickly. I requested a quote late at night and they called me at 10am the next day and they had a licensed plumber at my home within an hour of calling me. He was excellent, fixed the toilet bowl in 45 minutes and charged me $250. He was clean, professional and fast. I would recommend this company! I also contracted with them to repair my shower head and install a new bathroom sink. Everything was fully explained to me about the toilet and also what I needed to get for them to fix the shower and the sink. They will be back on Monday 9/28 (today is Saturday 9/26) to fix the shower. It will cost $275.00 + tax and I had to get the shower head. Not a problem, they told me exactly what to get. I had to order the vanity top, faucet and sink anyway so as soon as that is all delivered around mid-October they will return to fix the sink. Installation fee for the sink will run $975.00 +tax, and they are supplying the pipes under the sink, which all need to be replaced. They told me it will take around 5 hrs to install the sink. As this is in the future, I will leave a second review to report how things went, but I am very optimistic that things will go well judging by how they went today."

"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.
I would definitely use them in the future, I was very happy with the response and appreciated that he was polite and understood that I couldn't wait for them to become available.
