"Before choosing window king we had several companies come to our home. Pella, power and another smaller company. Then we had Sam from window king come by. Sam was extremely knowledgeable about the product and was patient with answering questions. We were impressed by the fact that he never pressured us to make a commitment. Afterwards I read many reviews and even looked up the okna company but we still weren't sold.. So I spoke with Sam again and he offered a better deal on the windows so we moved forward... Lisa called me to make arrangements.. when the mechanic came to take the measurements I was out and my daughter didnt give the proper instructions so they were wrong.. Again i spoke with Lisa and she had him come by and remeasure I was extremely grateful. After a couple of weeks I was wondering about the windows so I called and to my surprise Sam whom I was so impressed with was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me.. I was so angry I wanted to cancel my order but Lisa spoke with me and was very apologetic. The next day Nick (the owner) called he was apologetic as well. He expressed how important customers are to him snd did everything in his power to correct the situation. During the next couple of days I got several calls from Lisa letting me know when the windows would come and who would install them. The day of install Rafeal, Anthony, and Shorty as they called him came on time, and ready to work. They did an awesome job Anthony worked especially hard.. The windows look amazing... They worked straight through and man it was hot that day.. they also cleaned up after themselves. Honestly had it not been for Lisa I would have gone elsewhere. She saved the day or sale.. Her customer service is amazing and to me seemed genuine.. I also wanted to mention that Nick came over while the windows were being installed and spoke with me again. If your looking fo windows that look great, and are installed professionally and efficient this is the place to go.. Just avoid Sam.. LISA, NICK, AND THE GUYS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE ME HAPPY. "We had a small but difficult job: to replace a louvered vent damaged from years of wear. It is above the second floor window. Not only was it difficult to get to, replacing it required removal and replacement of siding. Bob of Westbury Siding sent two professionals. They had to do some creative work, as the replacement sat within the house frame; the original vent was on the outside of the house. What a beautiful job they did, and in not much more than an hour. I would call Westbury for any siding work."

"<p>WE HAD THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE VINYL SIDED, CAPPED ALL THE SOFFITS ENTIRE HOUSE, PORTICO AND INSTALLED NEW LEADERS AND GUTTERS. MIKE THE OWNER CAME TO THE HOUSE ON TIME AND WAS ABOVE PROFESSIONAL. WE HAD GOTTEN A COUPLE OF ESTIMATES AND MIKE WAS THE ONLY ONE TO COME INTO THE HOUSE AND SIT DOWN FOR AN EXTENDED LENGTH OF TIME AND EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO US AND MADE SURE WE UNDERSTOOD THE SCOPE OF THE JOB. THE CREW WAS OUTSTANDING  THEY KNEW WITHOUT BEING TOLD WHAT HAD TO BE DONE THEY MADE SURE THE JOB WAS PERFECT RIGHT DOWN TO THE CLEAN-UP.  MIKE CAME TO THE PROJECT MADE SURE I WAS SATISFIED AND THE JOB WAS CORRECTLY BEING DONE. MIKE WAS IN CONSTANT CONTACT WITH ME.  AFTER THE PROJECT WAS COMPLETED MIKE CAME TO MY HOME AND MIKE SPOTTED SOMETHING I NEVER SAW THAT HE DIDN'T LIKE AND HAD HIS CREW COME BACK AND FIX IT. "When contacting Ron he as able to send someone out for an estimate the next day. He then gave me a estimate over the phone after measuring the windows for $1200. Because my mom is a senior citizen he offered her a senior citizen discount of $50. <br /> Ron then Scheduled the work two days later. The Crew arrived on time and were able to install the windows earlier than estimated.  The work crew was very professional.  They were very careful and meticulous about the plants outside the windows that they were installing.  The work was completed in the amount of time that he said it would be done.  Everything was cleaned up.  The windows are awesome. <br /> I am very happy with the quality of work that was provided. <br />"

"2 men arrived right on time. They were polite and ready to work. They actually work for a bigger company that either owns Clearity or is subcontracted by Clearity - it wasn't clear (no pun intended). Regardless, the 2 guys that came got right to work and did a remarkable job on my many, many window. I have a combination of the ones that can fold down into the room for cleaning and large picture windows which required them to hang out the window to clean. They did not have any safety equipment to make sure they didn't fall out (I'm 9 stories up) which was the only negative I found. They're a bit pricey but they were worth the money because they did such a good job and totally cleaned up after themselves. I have 18 2-pane windows, 4 picture windows and 17 screens that they cleaned for a total of $481.00. It took them about 2 hours to complete the job."

".Mr. Fix-it was very professional from the time the appointment was made to the time when all of my identified projects were completed. He arrived on time and started work right away.  All of my projects  were not easy and were time-consuming. Mr. Fix-it was very persistent and did an overall great job! The window screens were quite difficult to remove but he was willing to go though the outdoor shrubbery, probably getting scratched, and kept at it until he was able to remove all four screens. He had to go through the same process to put the screens back in. He had to do this outside in the sweltering heat and humidity. The light fixture had to be assembled first and then hung. When done it was perfect! . He had to go through a lot of steps to replace the range hood light but he did it without complaints. He has a lot of knowledge and is very fair in his pricing.  He is very likable. There were no negatives.  I will definitely be using him again for some work on my deck in the next couple of months. <br />"

"We had a BOW WINDOW and three other windows replaced.and front siding replaced. Our house is almost 70 years old, when old siding was removed, there was some areas of water damage and a patchwork of different sheathing. All bad sheathing was replaced, siding installed,windows replaced, facia rebuilt, and soffits replaced. All of the problems were resolved and finished.
