Our install date was this past Friday, 12/3/21. The install “crew” arrived promptly at 9am and went over everything that they would be doing. Again- “Top Notch”, knowledgeable, friendly and professional individuals. Their cleanup was impeccable, you would never know that anyone had been there. We have already noticed a big difference in these first few days, especially after “the High Winds” of Monday, 12/6/21. The house is quieter from outside noise and the drafts from the attic door and window frames have disappeared. Thank you USA Insulation of Buffalo for a job well done! "The work that was done entailed removal of existing exterior chimney pipe along with removal and replacement of the following: offset boot, storm collar, ice shield, flashing, roof shingles, and vinyl siding. The entire area was cleaned up and all debris removed upon completion. The repair men did a fantastic job and took the time to explain every part of the repair that was done. Also, when Igor came out and gave us the estimate he was knowledgeable and very thorough in diagnosing the issue and giving us a detailed plan for the repair work. The job was scheduled in a timely manner as was promised on the estimate.
