"Jason was Amazing, friendly, professional, thorough, thoughtful & did a great job explaining his mission. We love a technician that thoroughly does his job & cleans up after himself too. I would recommend Zoom Drain to anyone needing drain service. Mr. & Mrs. Cathey, High Point, NC"

"Called on a Monday evening because the sewer was backing up into basement shower. They came out same day to try to resolve. They had all the experience and equipment needed to locate and address a root blockage 200+ feet from the only clean out. They added two new clean outs to the line to help resolve any future issues that may arise. The work was done quickly and professionally. The total cost of all the work they had to do came in way lower than I had feared. Through the whole process, they were kind, courteous, punctual, and overall pleasant to work with. I would absolutely recommend The Plumbing Firm to anyone in need of quality plumbing work."
