"Great, provider was very friendly and did a great job.  Left no mess behind and told me about the damage to the inner parts of my chimney.  He said it needed to be replaced but wasn't being a pushy salesman and even said to get some quotes and call them back he I don't find a better deal.  They were on the expensive side when it came to replacing the panels tho.  But overall I would use them again to clean my chimney.

"The technicians redid the bricks so that you couldn't even tell they were repaired. It looked beautiful. They put in a new liner in the chimney and waterproofed it. They redid the inside of the fireplace to bring it up to code and put in a chain that easily opens and closes the flue. It looks so good and easy that I may decide to use the fireplace again. They redid the pipes in the basement so the fumes from the boiler and hot water heater went up the chimney in the correct way. There had been water damage and they corrected the damage and closed off the hole in the wall (foundation) and made a bigger hole in the correct place so that everything was up to code. They were polite, efficient and worked very hard to get the work done in the promised two days. I have interviewed many companies and found this company to be straight-forward in telling me what they would do and didn't try to tell me they were giving me a "good deal." Rather I feel they gave me an honest estimate on what needed to be done and didn't try to pressure me into using their company. They did give me 10% off because I was an Angie's List customer. What company to use was a hard decision for me because I knew nothing about chimney repair. Because so much of the repair was inside the chimney I couldn't tell what they had done. Based on my experience I feel they did a good job. I don't have a picture of the repaired chimney but it looks great--better than it did before the bricks fell. If someone wants more detail I can copy exactly what they did from the invoice. Also, maybe the company can show a picture of the finished product. Since it is summer time I haven't had any experience using the chimney but will let you know how things work out during the winter."

"The company showed up on time and conducted the shingle replacement being careful not to damage the gardens around the house. They brought the roof up to current code, (the roof no longer complied with local codes), and worked with our chimney company to install the flashing properly. The cleanup was performed in an acceptable manner and the work was finished on time. Follow-up inspections by the company and I showed I had a good roof that was going to last another long time. "Two gentlemen arrived, very courteous and professional.  I escorted one gentleman to the furnace area to investigate what would be cleaned.  I was amazed to see what I saw!  Soot (looking more like crumbled dirt and sand) nearly filled the flue; solid evidence there was a serious and potentially unsafe problem in that side of the chimney.  The other gentleman shared that he'd go to the top of the chimney to advise me of the condition.  He also took pictures on their phones so I could see the condition above.  There was no cap on the furnace chimney (I had one on the fireplace chimney).  He also looked into the fireplace chimney which I greatly appreciated.  One gentleman advised me of the cost of the repairs, I agreed to the cost, and they began working.  These gentlemen were outstanding; demonstrating great concern for the safety of my home.  I would not hesitate to use them again.
