"ValDel was great! Their operator on the phone was wonderful and courteous and was able to send someone out quickly on a Saturday to look at our blocked drain. Billy P. was wonderful! Not only was he kind and courteous to me in a stressful situation, he went above and beyond in clearing the lines, evaluating the problem, and helping us figure out next steps. The great customer service was really appreciated today. Thank you!"

"Very customer focused and performed more than just the drain cleaning that was inquired about. They did additional work (replacing line in crawl space) after suggesting (not pressuring) that a bow in the drain line was the root of the clogged line problem."

"Brandon responded quickly to schedule the work. He arrived on time with his co-worker. They disconnected/removed an old radiator and capped the pipes/lines. Their work was clean and efficient. The price was very reasonable and they didn't try to up-sell. I would definitely hire them again in the future, and I will be recommending this company to friends in the area."

"Mark Nagle came to the house to investigate a small water leak in the kitchen. He quickly found the dishwasher inlet was leaking water under my kitchen floor. He took pictures of the damage and gave us a referral to a remediation company. I think Mark went well beyond the reason for coming to the house. He was very willing to assist us in the additional steps we will need to fix the dishwasher and to fix the now warped floor. Very glad to have met him today"

"The salesman that came out was professional and engaging, plus the price was good. Decided to give them the job. Showed up on time every day and left place very clean. The new unit, now 3 years later is working fine. The reason I waited 3 years was to see how the install played out. The unit is working soundly. Now for the bad parts. Every day when they left, I had to go into my driveway, where our cars would be parked, and pick up all the random screws that were laying on the ground. Car tires are expensive these days, and i didn't want the screws ending up in my tires. Also, the electrician was very unprofessional. A couple days later I went down the basement to the breaker box to find he had never put my hard-wired smoke alarm system back on line when done. I was without smoke protection for entire house, and if I hadn't noticed it, who knows how long it would have been off. Lastly, I asked several times to have the electrician leave me a new list of where everything was wired into what breakers, as things were moved around to accommodate the compressor for the A/C. There was nothing, so I had to trace everything out myself to find out what was where. Good and bad, thus a C rating"

"While the plumber himself is professional, informative and knowledgeable, I had to leave several voice messages, send email, and ultimately contact him through the Angie's List messages to get a response when some items needed a return visit.
I purchased a deal from Angie's List, but never received any breakdown of the costs of actual repairs, so I am left to assume that what they did exactly covered the cost I had pre-paid.
I purchased parts & materials (faucets, sprayers, handles, etc) myself ahead of time since it is often problematic when working in an older (19th century) house.
An assistant replaced the kitchen faucet & sprayer, but I had to have them return to take care of one handle which came loose within the first few days of use.  The pop up in the downstairs bathroom sink that was replaced no longer works. I didn't realize until after they left that the faucet and handles I'd selected that were put on the upstairs bathroom sink render the pop up useless, so the drain is always open. The trap in the kitchen is fine, as is the basement shut off valve. I had also previously had them replace the outside faucet at the barn/garage and that worked well throughout the summer (another Angie's List deal.)
I was upset that, while installing the upstairs sink faucet and handles, that they didn't notice that the shut off valve was not completely turned off. Hence, when I went downstairs, I found water pouring out of the ceiling in the kitchen. I quickly told them & they shut it properly. Perhaps I am expecting too much, but I would have thought that they would take some responsibility since it was their error  that left 4 saturated ceiling tiles sagging and dripping onto the kitchen floor and island. Instead I was told to simply let them dry. I ended up spraying bleach above them, & propping them up with clothes poles for a full week as they slowly dried. They are still obviously lower than the surrounding tiles.

FAQs for drain line breakage camera locate projects in Collegeville, PA

French drain repairs generally include cleaning to remove clogs or replacing damaged pipes. Drain cleaning costs between $150 and $200 per hour. If replacement is necessary, the cost to install a French drain can run up to $5,000, depending on its type and location.

Trenchless sewer replacement costs between $60 and $250 per foot but is usually not an option for interior plumbing lines. Plumbers typically only use this approach for outside sewer pipes.

Unless you can see a clog through a drain or cracked pipe under a sink, you may be unable to identify its location. To find the problem, your plumber may test your water pressure at specific points or use a sewer camera.

Common signs that a drain pipe requires repair include slowly draining water, backups, regular clogs, strange gurgling sounds, or foul odors from the drain. Also, contact a plumber if you can see rust or oxidation on a drain pipe under the sink or in the basement.

The cost to repair a sink drain pipe can be as low as $100, covering the cost of a plumber’s labor for one to two hours. If the pipe needs to be replaced or is difficult to access, costs could climb up to $500.
