"AAC is not just a family business, it's the family! They contacted me right away after my search on Angi to set up an appointment. Joe (the son) came out the next day and knew exactly what was wrong with our "vintage" 6-burner Viking cooktop (4 of the burners would not ignite). He ordered the parts and came back with his father, Don (the co-owner with his brother), and they fixed it. Since we moved into the house 15 years ago, 2 of the burners never ignited and a previous repairman had no idea what was wrong. Joe is super knowledgeable about various kitchen appliances, having worked for several different companies over the years. He was nice, helpful and professional. "They did a good job, but charged $195 for a $60 dollar part, plus the $70 trip fee. They did provide the 10% Angie's list discount. Total cost $256 to replace the part. Professional people and he did wash both units to remove grass build up which was very nice. Very high price."
